Once your appointment has been successfully booked with a GAMCA-approved medical centre, it is generally non-cancellable and non-transferable.
However, in exceptional cases such as:

Duplicate booking

Mistaken payment

Booking error due to technical issues
You may request cancellation by contacting our support team within 15 Minutesย of booking.
Please note: Approval of cancellations is at our discretion and based on the booking status with GAMCA.

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
Eligible Scenarios:

Payment deducted, but appointment not generated

Technical failure from our end resulting in a failed booking

Duplicate payments for the same passport number
Non-Refundable Situations:

Appointment successfully booked and confirmation generated

Incorrect information submitted by the user (e.g., wrong passport number, country, etc.)

Change of mind or travel plan cancellations
โณ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
